Note: before using the air conditioner, slowly rotate the compressor clutch with hands or tools to facilitate the lubrication of compressor oil and avoid compressor damage caused by starting the air conditioner.


Summer: during the peak period of air conditioning use in summer, take the week as the standard, check whether the pipeline interface and compressor are normal, and whether the harness interface is loose and fastened; clean the dust screen and suction filter screen once a month, which will help improve the cooling effect of air conditioning


Autumn: the air conditioner will enter the off-season in autumn, mainly check the compressor to ensure that the oil quantity of the compressor is large, the oil quality of the compressor is clear, and there is no blackening and deterioration. Check whether the pipe joint screw is loose; check whether there is oil leakage, etc. Clean the dust screen and suction filter screen once a month to facilitate the use of air conditioning.


Winter: winter is the off-season of air conditioning. Do not take off the compressor belt when driving in winter; check the oil volume of the compressor regularly every month. The air conditioning system shall run at least once a month, each time for about 10-30 minutes, to ensure that all interfaces of the system pipeline are fully lubricated and effectively prevent refrigerant leakage in winter.

1. Make sure that the door of the battery compartment and the door of the high and low voltage electrical equipment compartment are locked before leaving in rainy days.

2. In case of ponding area during driving in the rain and the water depth is 100 mm (the water is over the feet), drive at a low speed (5 km / h), to prevent vehicle damage caused by rain washing and soaking and return to the station, inform the team of the location of ponding area and check the vehicle.

3. In case of water depth of more than 20 mm in the ponding area, it is not allowed to continue driving, and the highest part of the road section shall be selected for parking; passengers shall be evacuated and explained to avoid the impact of disputes, and the team leader shall be informed in time.

4. On the way of driving, if the vehicle instrument reports insulation failure, please contact our after-sales service personnel in time, and judge whether it can continue to run completely according to the level of Jutong.

5. In rainy days, all doors and windows must be closed to prevent rainwater from entering the carriage.

6. In case of electric leakage and numbness, stop the vehicle immediately, open the door with the door emergency switch, cut off the power supply, evacuate the passengers and inform the team in time.

7. In case of sudden danger, the driver shall inform the team of the situation and location as soon as possible.

8. No washing with water, raincoats and umbrellas shall be placed together in the compartment to prevent rainwater from entering the compartment and dropping on the high-pressure equipment.

9. At the end of driving in rainy days, it is necessary to park at a higher place and close the window, ignition key and low-voltage main power switch in time. When using the vehicle again, if the vehicle is found immersed in water, please do not force the power on, and inform the after-sales service personnel of Hengtian leader in time.

Close all doors and windows and ventilators to prevent rainwater from entering the vehicle, ensure that all high-voltage battery compartment doors are locked, and prevent irrelevant personnel from randomly loading high-voltage and low-voltage equipment on the train, resulting in unnecessary loss of personnel and property;

3. The ignition lock key and the low-voltage main power switch must be turned off during vehicle parking to ensure that all kinds of electrical equipment switches are turned off;

4. Regularly charge and discharge the high-voltage power battery and low-voltage battery (if necessary, remove the low-voltage battery for charging), run the vehicle at high voltage for 30 minutes every 15 days, and then charge the vehicle's high-voltage battery, and ensure that the SOC of the high-voltage battery is 60% - 80% during the parking period.

5. Take the latest full charge record as the starting point, the pure electric vehicle shall be fully charged (including equalizing) and discharged once a month. During the vehicle charging and maintenance period, special personnel shall be assigned to monitor and guard. In case of any abnormal problem, the professional personnel shall be informed in time to deal with it.

6. If there are any other abnormal phenomena in the vehicle during storage, please inform the after-sales foreign service personnel of leader in time.

In general, use the manual control mode as much as possible (pause at each gear when using the manual control), which can greatly reduce the load of the wheel brake, avoid overheating of the wheel brake, and keep it in good working condition all the time. When there is an emergency in driving, you can handle it freely.



2. When the vehicle is unloaded or driving in ice, snow and muddy road, due to the low adhesion of the wheels to the ground, especially the vehicle without ABS. When using the combined control, pay attention not to upshift too fast to avoid wheel slip caused by too much force.



3. When driving in mountainous areas, especially when going downhill for a long distance, remember not to place the manual switch of the retarder in a relatively high position continuously, so as to avoid the coil burning due to the continuous overheating of the retarder. When the road surface is steep or sharp turns are encountered, the main brake is alternately used to cooperate with the retarder to control the speed according to the road conditions.



4. When the vehicle stops, if the manual switch does not return to the zero position, it shall be returned to the zero position in time to avoid unnecessary consumption of electric energy and overheating of the retarder; when the manual switch returns to zero, it can be completed at one time without stopping in the middle gear.



5. It is suggested that the retarder should not be used 3-4 km or 10 minutes before the planned stop, so that it can be fully cooled before the stop to avoid poor cooling.



6. When the retarder is not operated, make sure that the indicator light of retarder operation on the instrument panel is off. If the indicator light is on, check and correct the fault immediately. Do not drive the vehicle with the fuel door continuously under the abnormal working condition of the retarder.



7. The main switch of retarder power supply must be cut off before driving without troubleshooting.

   1) when the engine starts and warms up, the engine speed shall be increased gradually, and it is forbidden to run the engine with large throttle;
             
Note: if the engine idles for a long time, it will cause the temperature of combustion chamber to drop, resulting in poor combustion, forming carbon deposit to block the nozzle orifice, and causing the piston and air valve to stick.

   3. Engine shutdown

 the engine must be idle for 3-5 minutes before running and shutting down, so that the lubricating oil and coolant can take away the heat of combustion chamber, bearing and friction pair. Especially for supercharged and Intercooled engines, it is very important.

   4. Correct filling method of coolant

   1) do not fill the coolant too fast, otherwise, the gas in the engine cold sleeve is not easy to be discharged, which will cause the engine water temperature to be too high during operation;

   2) after filling up the coolant, stop the engine for inspection once after the engine is hot, until it is filled up;

   3) if the intercooler of the engine is water-cooled, the bleeder valve on the water cooler must be opened when filling the coolant.

   5. Precautions for use of coolant

   1) the replacement cycle of anti rust and anti freezing liquid is 2 years;

   2) in winter, the concentration of anti rust and anti freezing liquid must be checked;

   3) clean the cooling system before using anti rust antifreeze for old cars;

   4) it is strictly prohibited to use water instead of anti rust antifreeze;

        5) when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, check the concentration of anti rust antifreeze every 20000 km.
