The cooperation between CHTC and Hengyang started with Hengyang Spinning Machine Company and further extended to the field of new energy vehicles in 2018. In December 2019, CHTC New Energy Vehicles South Headquarters Base realized the complete production line, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 new energy buses and 1,000 new energy special vehicles.
